Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address within 7 days of receiving your package to start the process.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact; our team will review the photographs provided to approve the request.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost for the first exchange.
Refund or Exchange
After the item passes our warehouse quality check, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your new size within 48 hours.
